About Amour Vert:
My dream growing up in a small town in Ohio was to live in New York City. The Big Apple, the city that never sleeps. My family went there on a vacation and I was hooked. All the people, the buildings, the sights, sounds, even the smells excited me. I knew I had to live there someday, even for a little while, to soak up some of the energy. So I studied hard, got good grades, and was lucky enough to get to go to college in New York. I had the time of my life absorbing all the culture and vitality, the food and the fashions. When I graduated, I got a great job working in the city. It was hard working and living there, since everything was so expensive, but it was worth it. I met my husband, got married and now I live in the suburbs outside of the city. I kind of get the best of both worlds. I love my job and home life. I work in publishing for a health magazine, so I need to dress well. I'm health conscious, so I'm happy I found AmourVert.com. The name means "green love" and I love the "green" clothing-no toxic dyes and recycled synthetics. I also love that the clothes are made in America, which is hard to find these days. I wish they had a bigger selection for my husband and I. But I do love their jeans and little black dress so much.
