Both my boys are in their teens, and like many today, they are big-time into rap and hip-hop music. Thankfully, they are not into the really hard stuff. In fact, they like a lot of the "old school" stuff I grew up listening to from the early days of rap-groups like Run DMC, Grandmaster Flash, Cool Moe Dee, etc. It's cool because we can all listen and enjoy it together, and I can flash back to my ridiculous break-dancing days. I love being able to laugh and dance with my boys (while they chuckle at me) and tell them about my childhood. Look, we're creating great memories by sharing music we like, together. My guys take their music seriously, as they do the "culture." They like to look sharp and dress it. And as long as it's not too "street," I let them pick out most of their clothes. We often shop online together, so I can monitor what they are buying. We came across Ecko.com and I like the clothes and the Steam duffel because they have style without being "gangsta." The boys like them too, so the fact that we agree on clothing is a bonus. The prices are pretty good, too, especially on the tank tops. I wish they had a little more selection. I will say, I'm curious about how good the headphones are. Regardless, we've found enough clothing items that they like (and that I approve of), which makes for a good shopping day.
