Cons: For me, it's an issue that things don't come in larger sizes. I can wear the shoes and other accessories, but most tops and absolutely all of the bottoms are completely out of the question. It seems strange that they would alienate so many potential clients by refusing to carry anything in a size extra-large, let alone have a plus-size section.
