Shopping for my sister can be difficult at times. You know how hard it is to buy things that she'll really like or won't return. In my case, it's a little harder since we are both part of the fan/geek culture. We were both were born around when the first Star Wars' movies came out, and we've been raised around fandom since we were "Padawans" (Jedi in training!) We even went to a Sci-fi convention while in costume, so it's safe to say we're both hardcore nerds-and proud of it. She's not into jewelry, candy, or regular gifts; She'd rather get something from Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Dr. Who, or any of her other favorites. We love anything related to Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Anime, and Cartoons. I always try to buy gifts in one of those genres. Sometimes it's tough to find cool but nerdy stuff. I was out with friends and I saw one of them had a really cool Toy Story purse with Woody and other characters on it. It's one of my favorite movies, so I asked where she got it, and she told me Fun.com. I pulled up the site on my phone. This is a great site! They have everything like the Star Wars stuff, especially the mugs and figures. For her birthday, she's getting some Game of Thrones POP figures and maybe the Chewie tank. Some things like the Iron Throne and swords were a little too expensive, so I'll have to save up!
